Do we have any rules?

You moving day is usually challenging. The question frequently asked to us is what do we need to do for your moving team. We don’t have any concrete rules, but we do have a schpiel.

Firstly, we have no drama. We come on time, and you are billed hourly beginning from when we are on location OR the price was already negotiated. We wait on you up to a certain point. There is not much else to say, we need the door open to move you.

Secondly, be ready with the keys to your new location. If you don’t follow the truck, then we definitely need the keys. Sometimes we have a taxi bring it to us if you forget – that sounds expensive!

Thirdly, remember you have to give permission to the storage facility if not present. In order to enter your storage unit, we need you to speak with the management. This means, charge your phone and respond to your text messages.
